Terms of Service

Information about using NeuroPath’s website, assessment enquiries, service scope and individual assessment agreements.

Website information updated 4 November 2026.

About this website

This website is provided by NeuroPath Services Ltd, company number 17068367. It explains our clinician-led private ADHD, autism and combined assessment services. For questions about the website or a service, contact info@neuropathservices.com or call 020 8050 0229.

Information, screening and assessment

Website information is general guidance, not individual clinical advice or a diagnosis. Screening information and clinical review help determine whether a full assessment is appropriate. Screening does not diagnose ADHD or autism, and a full assessment does not guarantee a diagnosis. Feedback, a written report and personalised recommendations are provided whether or not a diagnosis is made.

Enquiries and assessment agreements

Submitting an enquiry does not book an appointment or commit you to an assessment. The proposed pathway, suitability, scope, fees and current availability are discussed before an assessment is arranged. Please ask NeuroPath for the applicable written service agreement, including payment, cancellation and rescheduling terms, before deciding to proceed. This website information is not a substitute for your individual assessment agreement.

Service scope and reports

Appointments described on this website are online. Medication prescribing and titration are not included in the assessment fee. You receive your own report and can choose who to share it with. A report may help you explain needs and discuss support, but does not automatically secure educational provision, workplace adjustments, treatment or another organisation’s acceptance.

Privacy and secure forms

Our Privacy Notice explains how information is handled. Do not send detailed health records or urgent safety information through a general website enquiry form, ordinary email or WhatsApp. Use the secure links supplied by NeuroPath for consent and questionnaires. Keep those personal links private.

Urgent support and external websites

NeuroPath is not a crisis or emergency service, and website forms are not monitored continuously. In immediate danger, call 999 or attend A&E. For urgent mental health support without immediate danger, contact NHS 111 and select the mental health option, your GP or a local urgent mental health service. External websites and social platforms have their own terms and privacy information.
